sneak peek!

I promised more pictures and I’m making good on it.

Last week I went to All Fired Up with some girl friends and we had more fun than should be had a paint-your-own pottery store.

This was my creation (I also painted a soap dispenser but I don’t like it as much). You can’t really see from the picture, but the glaze is grey with different colored specks in it for texture.

And it sits on this wonderful rack that I put together last night from Bed Bath & Beyond:

I’m going for a pink motif in my bathroom. I’ll have more pictures once I hang a few things to finish it up. Small spaces are so easy to decorate

Here is one more thing that I put together. I feel so proud of myself. I only had to re-do one part. Yay me

Perfect little white desk. Basically I use it as a vanity to put my makeup on in the morning. I don’t like standing in the bathroom. It gets too hot after my shower. And I don’t have enough counter space for my goodies.

Lots of progress is being made. I’m hoping that by this weekend my place will be 95% finished. I am heading off to San Francisco for a business trip. I will post on that later. I am super excited. I’m taking any and all “to-do” recommendations while I’m there.

baby steps. See all those boxes folded in the corner? That means NO MORE BOXES! yay!!!
