well friends… I took a sushi class on Sunday and it was really fun! I learned about the history of sushi which I will not re-explain here but I definitely enjoyed my afternoon at CulinAerie.
I now need to go get my hands on some sushi rice and a bamboo mat, and some seaweed!
Check out my last and (close to perfect) roll. The rice at this point (after an hour of sitting in a bowl) had gone to total mush but for the picture at least it looks good!
Once I possess the tools needed I will definitely be making more sushi in the future!
